Garmat Sharp Shooter Contest Deadline Extended

Garmat Sharp Shooter Contest Deadline Extended

The contest, which began in 2011 and was designed to recognize quality paint techs and shop owners that use Garmat equipment, now has a deadline of Oct. 19th.

Garmat has announced that the Garmat Sharp Shooter Contest deadline for entries has been extended until Oct. 19th.

The contest, which began in 2011, was designed to recognize quality paint techs and shop owners that use Garmat equipment. The grand prize includes a trip for two to the 2016 SEMA Show in Las Vegas and a SATAjet HVLP spray gun.

“The talent that we have seen from this contest just continues to amaze everyone within the Garmat organization,” said Johan Huwaert, Garmat USA’s general manager. “The shop owners appreciate the contest too, as it provides the added benefit of validating their commitment to quality by showcasing their choice of equipment and capabilities of their technicians.”

Entering the contest is as easy as uploading a video and/or emailing the application form. Paint techs and their managers will have the opportunity to tell their “Garmat Story” in either video testimonial or a written statement. Judging is based on the shop owner and paint tech’s dedication to providing quality paint jobs, superior customer service, attention to safety and overall equipment knowledge. Bonus questions include an inquiry on how Garmat can improve their Garmat experience with product improvements.

In addition to the grand prize of a free trip to the 2016 SEMA show in Las Vegas, SATA will once again provide two SATAjet HVLP spray guns (one for the grand prize winner and one for the top finals). The top five finalists will receive two GoPro cameras, (one for the contestant and one for the owner/manager), and everyone gets a Garmat Sharp Shooter cap. The first 100 entrants will also receive a custom Garmat Sharp Shooter cap.

The contest is open to paint techs and shops that use Garmat Equipment. For more details, visit www.garmat.com.
