The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Illinois (AASPI) will bring in two heavyweights – Mike Anderson and Todd Tracy – for its annual meeting, which is why the organization is calling it a “knockout event.”

The 2018 AASPI Annual Meeting is scheduled for Feb. 24 at the Diplomat West in Elmhurst, Ill.

Tracy, the Dallas attorney who represented the Seebachans in their multimillion-dollar lawsuit against John Eagle Collision Center, will present “The Anatomy of a Lawsuit: The Crucial Details of the $42 Million Verdict.”

During the session, Tracy will give attendees a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how he built the case against John Eagle, and he’ll explain how the business decisions you make during the course of a repair can have a dramatic effect on the repair outcome and ultimate responsibility.

Tracy also will offer some concrete advice to help body shops avoid their own $42 million verdict.

Mike Anderson will present “Get Certified? OEM Certification: The Pros & Cons.”

Anderson, founder of Collision Advice and creator of the “Who Pays for What?” surveys, will present “Get Certified? OEM Certification: The Pros & Cons.”

In the collision repair world, Anderson has become a household name, “an acclaimed champion of everything that is or could be right about the industry.” As one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry, Anderson is a sought-after speaker, author and consultant who can speak on a wide range of topics.
