Mobile Tech RX Partners with PDR Company SolutionWorks

Mobile Tech RX, the leading business management platform for modern auto reconditioning businesses, has announced a new partnership with SolutionWorks.

Mobile Tech RX, the leading business management platform for modern auto reconditioning businesses, has announced a new partnership with SolutionWorks. SolutionWorks is the new enterprise coming out of the merger announced in March 2020 between AutoWorks Paintless Dent Repair and Catastrophe Solutions International (CSI), two of the top paintless dent hail repair companies in North America.

SolutionWorks chose to partner with Mobile Tech RX because of its established position as a technology provider within the paintless dent repair industry. Mobile Tech RX’s suite of business tools – in customer management, tech pay, analytics and reporting, etc. – will help SolutionWorks implement efficient processes and manage teams across the U.S. and Canada.

“It’s important at SolutionWorks that our associates and technicians can mobilize wherever and whenever a hail storm hits in order to support our insurance, collision repair and fleet partners,” said Andy Kipker, president and CFO of SolutionWorks. “Implementing new technology like Mobile Tech RX is key in helping us streamline our business operations and continue to deliver the best experience to our customers.”

Added Mobile Tech RX CEO Eric Garves, “It’s inspiring to work with a company so passionate about innovation and technology. We’re proud to provide SolutionWorks with user-friendly technology solutions that will help them continue to scale and grow their business.”
