Take 5th Annual GCIA Labor Rate Survey Now

Georgia collision repair facilities are invited to take
the 5th annual Georgia Collision Industry Association (GCIA) labor rate survey.

The purpose of this survey is to provide Georgia body
shop owners with prevailing rates for labor and material so they can be paid
fairly for the work they perform.

The survey is being conducted by CSi complete, a neutral
third-party provider of customer satisfaction indexing to the collision repair
industry.

The GCIA says shops should not include any rates a repair
facility may have with a contracted customer such as a fleet account or
insurance company DRP.

The GCIA also advises that if a shop has more than one
location, it should complete a survey for each location. Shop identities will
not be published with the results of this survey. Names are only needed to
track demographics and ensure that only one survey is cast per repair facility
location.
