Collision Repair Education Foundation Sells Out Summer Golf Fundraiser

Event is slated for July 19 in San Antonio; a waiting list has been created for those who want to snag a spot.

The Collision Repair Education Foundation announced that through the industry’s continued support, the organization’s 11th annual golf fundraiser taking place Thursday, July 19, 2012 in San Antonio has sold out six months in advance. Industry members who participate will enjoy a round of golf at The Westin’s La Cantera Resort’s The Palmer Course, a championship-class 18-hole golf course created by golf legend and award-winning course designer Arnold Palmer and the Arnold Palmer Design Company.

Collision Repair Education Foundation Executive Director Scott Kruger said, "This fundraiser selling out four months early in 2011 and now six months in advance this year has been possible through our event’s participating sponsors and registered players. The funds being raised by the event assist the Education Foundation in providing support to collision repair students and their school programs, which makes this news even more exciting to announce. We look forward to providing our attendees with a golfing experience they won’t soon forget."

Industry professionals interested in being placed on the event’s waiting list should contact Associate Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode at [email protected] or 847-463-5244.
