John Burns, owner of Burns CARSTAR in Lake Hamilton, Fla., and Brett Bailey, owner of A & B CARSTAR of Riverside in Kansas City, Mo., also move from the CARSTAR Advisory Board to become Emeritus Advisory Board members.

Several other long-time CARSTAR owners completed their three-year terms and will rotate off of the CARSTAR Advisory Board, including Kerry Woodson, general manager of Jungerman’s CARSTAR in St. Peter, Mo., and Clay Hansen, owner of CARSTAR Layton Collision Center in Layton, Utah, who in addition to serving on the board has also led the CARSTAR business development committee.

“We thank all of our Advisory Board members for their service and their dedication to building CARSTAR for all of the independent store owners,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts. “They contribute a tremendous amount of time and intellectual capital helping lead and grow this organization.  We welcome our new Vice Chair Gary Boesel and our new Advisory Board members, and look forward to adding their perspective and experience to the leadership team of CARSTAR.”
