Gerber Collision & Glass Acquires Repair Center in Washington

The Boyd Group now owns and operates 12 locations in Washington, which brings the total number of U.S. locations to 139.

The Boyd Group Inc. announced the acquisition of a collision repair center in Marysville, Wash. It now owns and operates 12 locations in Washington, which brings the total number of U.S. locations to 139.

The new repair center, previously known as Body Craft Collision Center, will operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name and is approximately 12,200 square feet in size, with 10,000 square feet of production space. This new center is complementary to existing locations, expanding service coverage in the local market, according to the Boyd Group.

"This new center is located in the rapidly growing city of Marysville, an area which has seen its population increase by 137 percent over the last 10 years," said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. "This location will help us better serve vehicle owners and insurance partners in the rapidly growing market area as we continue to expand our footprint locally in Washington and across North America."
