State Farm’s Carol Waldron Elected to CAPA’s Board of Directors

CAPA Executive Director Jack Gillis states addition of Waldron will aid organization's effort to "ensure truly high quality aftermarket parts are readily available to the market."

Carol WaldronThe Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) has announced the election of Carol Waldron of State Farm Mutual Insurance Company to CAPA’s Board of Directors.

Waldron began her State Farm career as a summer intern in the insurer’s Eastern Region while attending law school. She joined the company full-time in 1986 as an auto claims representative. In 1994, she moved to the Florida Region as a section manager, then joined the Northeastern Region as an assistant division manager in 1998. The following year, she was promoted to claims manager, responsible for auto claims in metropolitan New York. In 2004, she was promoted to director of the Business and Technology Integration Office at State Farm’s corporate headquarters. She was promoted to assistant vice president in Learning & Development in 2008, and in 2009 became the assistant vice president of Consulting Services in property and casualty claims.
