ABRA Auto Body & Glass Acquires Schoonover’s Location in Stillwater, Minnesota

Schoonover Bodyworks and Glass will still operate its remaining location in Shoreview, Minn.

ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a Minnesota-based vehicle repair company, announced the acquisition of Schoonover Bodyworks and Glass in Stillwater, Minn. Schoonover’s will continue to operate its remaining location in Shoreview, Minn.

“Schoonover’s has a rich history of bodywork and glass in the Stillwater area," said Duane Rouse, ABRA president and CEO. "We are extremely pleased to continue the legacy the family has built over three generations. Not only does this acquisition align with our growth strategy, it reinforces ABRA’s commitment to serve our customers and
