Arizona Repairers Rank Progressive as Worst Insurer in State

The Automotive Service Association of Arizona (ASA-AZ) has released its “best insurer” survey, in which the association asked collision repairers to rate 39 insurance companies on a scale of 1 (worst) to 10 (best). Ratings were based on the question, “Do the insurance company’s overall policies, attitudes and payment processes focus on providing quality and timely repairs for the consumer?”

Progressive was ranked the worst insurer in Arizona with an average rating of 3.35. USAA, with a rating of 8.27, and State Farm, with a rating of 7.38, were the top two insurers.

Following is the ranking of insurers from best to worst:
