ASA Launches Website Help Section

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) recently unveiled a new help section as part of its website, www.ASAshop.org. This new section is designed to help ASA members and nonmember guests navigate the site’s reorganized format to provide the best online experience.

With links located in the top and footer navigation menus, visitors can easily find assistance and tutorials 24/7 to help them take advantage of the many new features of ASA’s online products. Visitors can update member information, find an ASA member repair shop, navigate the ASA Communities and benefits portfolio, and use some of the free tools available through ASA’s legislative website, TakingTheHill.com.

One of the major additions to ASA’s website is the communities section. Within this section, current ASA members can access online forums, document libraries, wikis and blogs. This section also provides many new features for communication between members, volunteer leadership and ASA staff, including the ability for ASA members to create their own personal blogs, ask questions and post comments in the communities forum area. They can also collaborate on documents and other materials via a member-only wiki area. This section also hosts a library section with documents, video files, audio files and images. Also, the communities section serves as the new home for ASA’s division newsletters, Collision Repair Report and Mechanical Division Dispatch.
