Axalta Coating Systems to Host Jeff Gordon at SEMA Show

Axalta Coating Systems will offer SEMA Show attendees the chance to learn about the latest products, view award-winning cars and hear a special announcement from Jeff Gordon at booth 22391 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will also feature an outdoor spraybooth where showgoers can get a firsthand look at Axalta products in action.

The Axalta spraybooth, located just outside of the Central Hall front entrance, will be the place for showgoers to watch celebrities spray Cromax Pro waterborne basecoat and Cromax Premier LE UVA primer-surfacer in an IntelliMist, climate-controlled spraybooth. Attendees can also test the products out for themselves at the booth. After painting, visitors can talk to Axalta’s technical experts about the products or head to Axalta’s inside booth for autograph signing sessions and pinstriping.

“We are thrilled to make a special announcement on Nov. 5, 2014, at 10 a.m. at our booth with four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon,” said Nigel Budden, Axalta Coating Systems vice president and head of its North American business. “I think attendees will find that our reveal makes quite a color splash. We also want to make our presence interactive, and our custom-built, fully operational spraybooth will help us do that, while highlighting how highly productive and fast-drying our products can be.”

SEMA attendees who are interested in winning a spot at a private meet-and-greet with Jeff Gordon immediately following the special announcement on Nov. 5 should visit the Axalta inside booth on Tuesday, Nov. 4, for a complimentary raffle ticket.
