Caliber Collision Acquires Denver-Based MSO

Acquisition of nine Global Collision locations brings total number of Caliber shops to 13 in Colorado, 157 nationwide.

Caliber Collision Centers has announced the acquisition of nine Global Collision locations in and around the Denver market. The acquisition brings the total number of Caliber locations to 13 in Colorado and 157 nationwide.  

“Our acquisition of Global Collision dramatically expands our penetration in this market while providing greater customer convenience throughout the Denver area,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision Centers’ president and CEO. “This acquisition also enhances Caliber’s ability to deliver complete customer satisfaction, operational consistency and carrier cost management as we restore our Colorado customers to the rhythm of their lives.”
