CARSTAR Launches New Website

CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts, North America’s largest multi-shop operator (MSO), has recently launched a completely new website – www.CARSTAR.com. The site has been designed to serve consumers looking for a quality body shop, for independent shop owners who are considering joining CARSTAR, and insurance professionals.

The new site’s navigation and map-driven Store Locator database make it easy for consumers in need of auto body repairs to get guidance about repairing their vehicle, find a convenient store location and learn more about CARSTAR and their vehicle repair process. Visitors can even request appointments at any of the more than 250 U.S. CARSTAR facilities by filling out a quick electronic form.

Each independently owned CARSTAR repair facility has its own store site within CARSTAR.com, allowing site visitors to find the latest information about the services, equipment, staff and community programs each location offers.

Because no one plans to have an accident, there are easy-to-digest pages on the site for vehicle owners who suddenly have questions about choosing a shop, understanding an estimate, caring for their car after a repair and other topics of concern.

Shop owners interested in joining the growing CARSTAR network will have access to information to aid their decisions in the Join CARSTAR Network area, where the MSO’s ownership model, partner system, continuing education programs and benefits are carefully laid out.

CARSTAR works closely with all insurance companies, and a section of the new site communicates directly with agencies and their representatives to help insurance agents serve their customers.

“Our goal in developing the new CARSTAR.com was to create a single source of information for everyone we serve or work with,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR. “We pride ourselves on providing quality service with very short cycle times; this new site will help get our consumers through the repair process that much more efficiently.”

The site was designed with search engine optimization in mind, to help consumers who need repair assistance find CARSTAR and their convenient local store quickly. It also was created with responsive design to adapt to almost all laptops and mobile devices.
