CARSTAR Names National Performance Award Winners at Annual Conference

Three shop owners were recognized for their industry-leading performance in sales growth, footprint growth, closing ratio and cycle time.

At this year’s CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts annual conference in New Orleans, three shop owners were recognized for their industry-leading performance in sales growth, footprint growth, closing ratio and cycle time.

CARSTAR states that it consistently strives to improve on both the customer and the shop owner level. Through efficiencies and best practices shared amongst individual shop owners as part of CARSTAR’s proprietary EDGE Performance Group training platform, the entire network has achieved “record revenues and same store sales, strong CSI results and the industry’s highest average NPS scores.”

These shops have raised the bar in key categories. The 2016 CARSTAR Performance Award winners include:
