Nationwide Insurance announced the winners of the 2015 “On Your Side Auto Repair Network Shop of the Year” awards. CARSTAR Tim’s Collision in Twinsburg, Ohio has been named the winner for the Midwest zone.

CARSTAR Tim’s Collision is the flagship location for owners Jeremy and Theresa Orsky. The Orskys have been a part of CARSTAR since 2010, and now own a total of three locations in the greater Cleveland area. They opened CARSTAR Tim’s Collision just one year ago.

The On Your Side Auto Repair Network includes only shops that are pre-screened and pre-qualified for the highest level of service. The award program is based on two key categories – customer focus and engagement.

CARSTAR Tim’s Collision had some of the highest scores in the customer focus category, earning a 9.93 in both overall experience and refer shop. They also earned a 9.86 for quality of repairs and utilize Autowatch for 100 percent of their repairs.

“Theresa and Jeremy Orsky have a passion to provide superior customer service,” said Nationwide Insurance Midwest Zone AD, Richard Babin. “That passion is proven with exceptional CSI scores that lead the market. They have instilled this culture in their office and shop staff who execute this passion each day by providing world-class quality repairs and customer service. They have a beautiful office and luxurious waiting room. Everything they do is to benefit the customer.”

Jeremy Orsky has spent his entire life in the collision repair industry. He grew up with a father who was a body man and a mother who worked for FinishMaster. In addition to owning and operating the shops with his wife, Orsky’s father and sister also have key roles in helping run the business.

“We are so proud to have great owners like Jeremy and Theresa Orsky,” said Dan Young, CARSTAR brand president. “They set a fine example of how a collision repair shop should run. They not only represent their business and CARSTAR very well, they also shine a bright light on the collision repair industry as a whole.”
