The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) has announced that Universal Collision recently joined the association as a corporate member. Based in Tallahassee, Fla., the company opened its first location in 2001. Since then, it has opened two additional locations in Tallahassee and currently employs 50 team members.

“We take pride in helping those who have been in an accident navigate the claims and repair process,” said Sheryl Driggers, co-owner of Universal Collision. “Our mission is to care for people and deliver excellence.”

The company first learned about CIECA from Mike Anderson of Collision Advice and the Axalta Business Council Group. After doing some further research to better understand CIECA’s mission, they decided to join the organization.

Driggers said that Universal Collision is committed to continually adopting innovative technology to better serve customers.

“We are focused on providing an exceptional repair experience for our customers through utilizing proven standards and continuously looking to improve efficiencies and processes with emerging technology,” said Driggers. “We believe CIECA standards help ensure we are delivering an excellent experience for our customers, team members and partners.”
