CIECA Welcomes Auto Techcelerators as New Corporate Member

Auto Techcelerators designs and develops mobile apps and cloud applications for the auto, collision, glass and truck industries.

The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) announced that Auto Techcelerators, LLC has joined the association as a corporate member. Launched in September 2019, the company was founded by Frank Terlep, presently the CEO. With 10 employees, Auto Techcelerators is focused on designing and developing mobile apps and cloud applications, such as Test Drive CoPilot, for the auto, collision, glass and truck industries.

“We joined CIECA to ensure we develop solutions that meet/exceed industry standards,” said Terlep. “We are most excited about the integration possibilities as well as helping create new standards for processes like calibrations.”

Terlep was one of the initial 14 members of the Collision Industry Electronic Data Interchange Subcommittee (CIEDES), the organization that preceded CIECA. He is an active CIECA member and was chairman of the organization in the early 1990s.

“CIECA standards are critical to the success of the entire collision and property and casualty (P&C) industries,” said Terlep. “Without standards, the ability to integrate and share important data among industry participants would be next to impossible and extremely expensive.”
