CSi Complete Merges with TenPoint Insurance Solutions

Provider of customer satisfaction loyalty services finds synergy with TenPoint, which offers IT and business process outsourcing services for property and casualty insurance industry.

Douglas Webb & Associates recently announced it has completed terms of a merger with TenPoint Insurance Solutions. Douglas Webb & Associates will now serve as the holding company to TenPoint Insurance Solutions and CSi Complete, both of which serve the collision repair, auto physical damage and automotive industries.

Michael J. Sturgis, a 20-year veteran in the insurance services marketplace, will continue in his role as president and CEO of TenPoint Insurance Solutions, and have ownership in the Douglas Webb & Associates companies. Doug Webb will function as CEO and John Webb as president and COO of Douglas Webb & Associates.

TenPoint Insurance Solutions provides an array of IT and business process outsourcing services for the property and casualty insurance industry. TenPoint operates on proprietary software known as Targeted Claim Solutions.

“There is tremendous synergy here for our companies to offer the marketplace improved and expanded services,” said Doug Webb. “We have combined the contact center with a deep expertise in auto physical damage and claims management. Partners and employees from both companies have been very positive about the integration."

Sturgis will be primarily responsible for sales, marketing and strategic relationships for Douglas Webb & Associates companies. Clients of CSi Complete and TenPoint Insurance Solutions will see additional access to resources and services and may see some co-branding. All key account personnel from both teams remain intact.

John Webb will be primarily responsible for contact center operations and strategic planning for Douglas Webb & Associates. The contact center was recently expanded, and the company now has additional capacity at the Cincinnati office.
