Global Collision Expands in Major Colorado Ski Gateway

Eight-store operation expands Silverthorne location to 16,000 square feet.

Global Collision, one of the largest MSOs in Colorado with eight owner-operated shops, is expanding its current location in Silverthorne, the gateway to international ski destinations Vail, Breckenridge and Aspen. The current 12,000-square-foot shop will be expanded to a 16,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility and will open in August 2012. The MSO’s other stores are located in Boulder, Aurora, Colorado Springs, Denver, Greenwood Village, Parker and Wheat Ridge.

Global Collision believes that the new facility "demonstrates our commitment to serving customers throughout the state of Colorado and meeting the demands of our insurance company partners for the highest standards of consistent quality and customer service."

“This new Silverthorne location will be an environmentally friendly facility using only waterborne paints and brings our expertise in the fast-growing fields of aluminum repairs and European vehicles to the mountains," said Global Collision CFO Tim Bator. "We believe it will be sought out by customers from a wide surrounding area. The Silverthorne area is very popular with visitors from around the world. We believe the obsessive attention we give to quality and customer care can make all the difference in not letting an unfortunate accident destroy memories of a happy vacation experience.”
