General Motors (GM) has launched the new GM Genuine Parts website, which contains information specific to the collision repair industry. The new website, www.genuinegmparts.com, contains a variety of exclusive information that is dedicated to the collision industry and provides specific information about GM programs, technical information and repair documents. The site offers free collision repair information on all current and discontinued GM brands dating back to model year 2000. The site also provides position statements and technical documents on GM repairs to support the industry, technicians, and the insurance companies in the repairing of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles.

In addition, www.genuinegmparts.com:

  • Educates consumers on the reasons why they should request and purchase Genuine GM Parts for their vehicles
  • Offers tools to help consumers with their vehicle: touch-up paint look up, VIN info, warranty, etc.
