Mitchell Awards $3,000 to Oregon Body Shop

Advanced Collision Repair of Seaside, Ore., was selected among 11,000 repair shops through Mitchell's annual marketing campaign.

Mitchell announced that Advanced Collision Repair of Seaside, Ore., has been selected as the winner of its annual marketing campaign that awards one shop a trip worth $3,000. The shop was chosen among 11,000 repair shops in the U.S.

"Customer service has been paramount for our repair shop since the beginning," said Jerry Richardson, owner of Advanced Collision Repair. "Operating in such a remote location means we rely on brand loyalty to maintain and grow our business. This doesn’t just start and end with customer interactions, but with our vendor partners as well. Mitchell has given us the support and technology needed to stay ahead of our competition."

Advanced Collision Repair attributes its success to the information and data that Mitchell RepairCenter and its supporting modules provide. The shop believes the versatility gained from integrating various software platforms into RepairCenter improves the efficiency of their staff.

"We are proud to be a long-standing partner of Advanced Collision Repair," said Jim O’Leary, vice president of repair solutions at Mitchell. "Jerry and his team are a testament to the value of technology investments alongside well-trained staff. Mitchell RepairCenter gives the Oregon shop the tools necessary to remain atop the industry."
