PRESENTER: Vincent Romans, founding principal and managing partner, The Romans Group

Romans will report on the growing consolidation of the MSOs in the U.S. marketplace. He will provide statistical information that illustrates their impact on the collision repair industry.

1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Insurer Panel

As they continue to grow, where and how are they seeking capital to fund their growth? How are they scaling their growth? How do you go from three to seven shops? When do you add an HR, IT and regional manager? How do you make yourself more valuable or attractive to insurers or other MSOs?
