National Auto Body Council Grants Diamond-Level Status to LC Automotive Investments

LC Automotive Investments LLC, a multi-shop operator (MSO) comprised of nine locations that serve more than 800 monthly customers in the Greater Los Angeles area, is the newest National Auto Body Council (NABC) diamond-level member.

As an organization that has implemented lean production techniques to increase production efficiencies, ensure an expertly repaired vehicle and produce high customer satisfaction levels, LC Automotive Group also encourages each of its facilities to establish strong ties to the communities they serve.

This objective takes shape in a variety of ways, including service through relationships with the local chamber of commerce, business networking groups, school districts, city governments and police departments as well as contributions to local community-improvement fundraisers and support of organizations like Wounded Warriors, Oxfam and World Vision.

“The National Auto Body Council provides an excellent opportunity to enhance both our image and that of the industry,” said LC Automotive Group Owner and President Bill Lawrence. “We have participated in Recycled Rides and have supported Operation Comfort. It’s our intention to continue to give back to our industry and the communities in which we operate. Raising our membership level to the diamond level is one of the ways we can best support the values and objectives we share with NABC.”

Added NABC Executive Director Chuck Sulkala, “By making this major step forward in membership, Bill is paying testimony to how using our programs can work for you. It’s great to have all nine LC Automotive shops involved in our initiatives, and Bill stepping up to become a diamond-level member is more than I could have ever hoped for. It makes a positive statement on behalf of the NABC and I am honored to call him a friend as well as strong supporter of our organization."
