New Year, New Logo for ASA

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has given its logo a
facelift. According to ASA, the new logo has a fresh and modernized look
– in conjunction with the association’s focus on staying relevant to
today’s repair professional. Last year, ASA celebrated its 60th
anniversary and implemented several initiatives to ensure it continues
to meet the needs of its members.

“ASA is sharply focused on relevancy in its service to today’s
automotive repair professionals," said Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief
staff executive. "We are examining the association from all angles to
provide the best possible programs, trade shows and opportunities for
repairers. Our logo enhancement essentially is a visual indicator of
these ongoing initiatives.”

“The look is new and fresh, yet still similar enough to our previous
logo – which is a strong and identifiable brand for the automotive
service and repair field,” added Angie Wilson, vice president of
marketing and communications.

ASA members may use the logo immediately. Images and logo guidelines are
available 24/7 on ASA’s newly redesigned website (best viewed using the
Firefox browser). Members can log into www.ASAshop.org and then visit Tools & Resources > Members Only > Download ASA logos.
