The Boyd Group Inc. announced the August 20th acquisition and opening of a collision repair center in Lake City, Fla. The center previously operated as Duval Automotive and is located on a key thoroughfare in Lake City.

“This new location further builds on our large market presence in Florida and adds an important service capability in the northern part of the state,” said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “This also demonstrates that we are on track to achieve our growth target of 6 to 10 percent through single-store additions.
