Dent Wizard Named a Top St. Louis Workplace

The St. Louis Dispatch has named Dent Wizard International one of its Top Workplaces for 2017.

The St. Louis Dispatch has named Dent Wizard International one of its Top Workplaces for 2017.

The newspaper compiled the list of 120 St. Louis-area employers with the help of WorkplaceDynamics, an Exton, Pa.-based employee research and consulting firm.

By earning the distinction, Dent Wizard joins other companies such as Aldi, Monsanto, Drury Hotels and Safelite Auto Glass.

This is the first year Dent Wizard has earned the award.

“These employers – ranging from small businesses to some of the region’s biggest corporations – share key qualities: effective leadership, strong values, clear direction and motivated workers,” the Post-Dispatch says on its website.

The Post-Dispatch launched the process in January 2017 by inviting readers to nominate local employers. Participants allowed WorkplaceDynamics to survey their employees, gauging their feelings on a number of workplace-related factors, from the company’s values and leadership to pay and benefits.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch,” said Mike Black, Dent Wizard president and COO. “Our business is driven by our 2,700-plus employees who serve every day. Our people are important to us, and this award speaks directly to the culture of our organization.”
