ABRA Announces Top Repair Centers

ABRA Auto Body & Glass recently announced its President’s Club award winners. ABRA’s Iowa City, Iowa, center won in the over $2 million yearly revenue category, and the Eau Claire, Wis., center won in the under $2 million yearly revenue category.

ABRA’s President’s Club winners are determined based on three sets of criteria: percent of sales increase over the previous year, I-CAR status and Customer Service Index (CSI) rating.

Iowa City’s revenue increase from 2007 to 2008 was 21 percent. The shop achieved I-CAR Gold status, the highest recognition for training a business can earn in the collision industry, and the center achieved a 98.6 percent CSI score.

Eau Claire’s revenue increase from 2007 to 2008 was 11 percent. The shop also achieved I-CAR Gold status and earned a 100 percent CSI score.
