Business Insider reported that U.K. insurer Adrian Flux has released an autonomous vehicle insurance policy, which the company claims is the first of its kind in the U.K.
The policy covers several potential issues that a self-driving car could encounter, like hacks, incorrectly installed software, software glitches and navigation outages. While the policy is currently only available in the U.K., it will likely set a precedent for other insurers around the world.
