Haury’s Lake City Collision Named VeriFacts VQ Medallion Shop

Mark Olson, COO of VeriFacts Automotive, has announced that Haury’s Lake City Collision of Seattle, Wash., is now designated as a VeriFacts VQ Medallion shop. Haury’s is the first shop in the state of Washington to achieve this distinction.

VeriFacts Automotive launched its Verified Quality (VQ) Program in April 2010. The program provides collision repair facility operators and consumers with comprehensive, third-party verification of a facility’s technical capabilities, including its equipment, materials, technician training and skill levels along with an overall commitment to safe, quality repairs.

"Haury’s has demonstrated a constant commitment to excellence, and that is what we want to expose in the industry," said Olson. "It’s no surprise Haury’s is the first in Washington to make VQ. Haury’s and senior technician Peng Tan are four-time finalists in our Repair Shop and Technician of the Year awards.”

Added Jeff Butler, president of Haury’s, “Haury’s Lake City Collision is committed to the highest quality repair possible. We make a promise to every customer to repair their vehicle consistent with the manufacturer’s requirements in the highest quality manner."

The VeriFacts VQ Program provides collision repair facility operators with the ability to assess their operations, technicians and actual repairs, both in-process and completed, to provide independent verification to customers and insurers of their facility’s capabilities.

“VeriFacts Automotive brings the training and development of our technicians right to our facility," said Butler. "Third-party verification of the quality and integrity of our workmanship was a natural progression for us and we believe it clearly differentiates us from others in our market."
