Strategic alliance and distribution agreement provides each company with extended sales, service and marketing capabilities throughout Oregon and Washington.

LDC Equipment and Industrial Finishes and Systems have completed a strategic alliance and distribution agreement that provides each company with extended sales, service and marketing capabilities throughout Oregon and Washington.

Under this agreement, LDC Equipment will provide a high level of training to Industrial Finishes’ assigned personnel and fully support its efforts to expand.

“We are extremely excited by our opportunity to provide the extended capabilities for the Northwest," said John Leddy, president of LDC Equipment. “By creating an alliance with Industrial Finishes, we can extend our coverage and support to the Oregon collision shops in a prompt and efficient manner.”

In addition, LDC will open its training facility to Industrial Finishes. The classes will cover welding techniques required on newer cars, high strength steel identification, handling and welding as well as measuring techniques, blueprinting and processes, and complete Car-O-Liner equipment usage training,

“This agreement meets our desire to better serve our Oregon customers by adding a full line of Car-O-Liner equipment to our capabilities," said Peter DeLuca, general manager of Industrial Finishes. “Our customers have been asking for us to expand into providing quality equipment.  This agreement allows us to provide the highest quality equipment from Car-O-Liner, the leading equipment manufacturer in our industry.”
