caldwellnampaKadel’s Auto Body announced that it has acquired Rick’s Body Shop’s two locations in Caldwell and Nampa, Idaho. They officially become part of the Kadel’s family of collision repair centers on Monday, Nov. 17, 2014.

Rick’s Body Shop was founded by Rick Reynolds in 1996 at the Caldwell location. He opened the Nampa location in 2002. In the past 18 years, Rick’s Body Shop, according to Kadel’s, has developed a reputation for quality repairs and great customer service.

“Kadel’s Auto Body shares the same philosophies as I when it comes to providing an excellent customer experience, and they are committed to staying on the front edge of technology,” said Reynolds.

Rick and his wife, Crystal, plan to continue to play an active part in the community.

Kadel’s has had a desire to serve more customers throughout the Idaho market and believes the opening of these locations, in addition to the existing Boise and Meridian locations, will provide better market coverage.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to grow our business so we can better meet the needs of customers throughout the entire Treasure Valley,” said Don Braden, president and CEO of Kadel’s Auto Body.

Headquartered in Tigard, Ore., Kadel’s Auto Body was founded in 1954. Kadel’s is the region’s largest provider of auto body repair, and the sixth largest independently owned auto body collision repair provider in the U.S. Since opening the first shop in Tigard, the company has expanded to 23 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest including Oregon, Idaho and Washington.
