FinishMaster Reorganizes Sales Force to Better Align with Marketplace

FinishMaster Reorganizes Sales Force

FinishMaster, Inc., announced a reorganization to its sales team, transitioning from regional-based to a customer-focused sales structure.

FinishMaster, Inc., a leading provider of automotive and industrial paint, coatings and related products, announced a reorganization to its sales team, transitioning from regional-based to a customer-focused sales structure. The new structure features three teams – Traditional, Strategic and Industrial, and National Accounts – to better align the company with the marketplace and improve overall efficiency.

“Over the course of our 50-year history, FinishMaster has focused on delivering premier service and products to our valued customers,” said Joseph McCorry, president of FinishMaster. “This new structure creates consistency and alignment in our sales and branch operations, which benefits our partners and customers. Our industry is dynamic and so is our company. We are focused on creating an organization that is nimble and better equipped to meet customer needs as well as anticipate future demand.”

Russ Boston

Traditional Accounts represents the company’s largest customer base in North America. This group will be led by industry veteran Russ Boston, vice president, Traditional Accounts, who joined FinishMaster earlier this year after transitioning from a more than 30-year career in various sales and leadership roles at PPG.

Kassie Bonnell

Strategic and Industrial Accounts is a newly formed group dedicated to the growth of multi-shop operations and industrial businesses – including commercial vehicle, recreational vehicle, fleet and metal fabrication – and will enable the company to provide new value-added solutions. Kassie Bonnell, vice president, Strategic and Industrial Accounts, will lead this group, leveraging her 12 years of experience and knowledge working at FinishMaster. Her previous position was regional vice president and general manager, West Region, where she was focused on expanding market share and driving revenue growth.

Paul Jones

National Accounts will focus on customers with a nationwide footprint. The group will continue to be led by Paul Jones, vice president, National Accounts, who has been responsible for the National Accounts team since April 2020. Jones joined the company in 1986, has held various leadership roles and has extensive experience managing national accounts.

“We have tapped into our extremely talented and experienced team to identify leaders for the new sales organization, and we are confident in their abilities to help us make a smooth transition and better meet our business goals,” said McCorry.
