Service King Collision Repair Centers has acquired the collision division of Greulich’s Automotive Services, effective immediately.

Service King, now with more than 80 locations in Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, will take over the ownership and operation of Greulich’s Scottsdale, Mesa and Peoria, Ariz., collision repair locations. Greulich’s Automotive Services has been a provider of automotive services throughout the Phoenix metro area since 1977.

With these three new locations, Service King will continue expanding its growing client base in Arizona and throughout the U.S. Collectively, the new repair centers are capable of serving more than 144,000 vehicles per year.

“We are pleased to welcome the loyal customers and great team of Greulich’s to the Service King family,” said Chris Abraham, chief executive officer for Service King. “These 25 local staff members will be joining our dedicated staff of over 2,200 teammates at Service King.”

Added Chris Greulich, president of Greulich’s Automotive Services, “We are enthusiastic about working with Service King Collision Repair Centers. We have been looking for a company that shares our values and would be a good cultural fit for our existing employees. We think we have found that partner in Service King and are looking forward to this exciting time for both companies.”
